These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Free Local SEO Audit Tool and related tools such as the Live Site Check preview at audit.solutionever.com (the "Tool"), operated by Solutionever Technologies ("Solutionever", "we", "us"). By running an audit, using Live Site Check, or using the chat assistant you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The Tool provides a free, automated local SEO audit of a business website and its public online presence, including on-page checks, schema detection, Google Business Profile signals, citations, reviews, page speed and a competitor overview, together with an AI-generated analysis and an emailed PDF report. The Tool also includes Live Site Check, which loads a website you enter fresh from our server (bypassing your local browser cache and DNS) so you can preview how it currently renders on desktop, tablet and mobile, including an option to preview a site as served by a specific server IP before DNS has propagated. To keep Live Site Check safe, each page is automatically screened by AI and previews of sites that appear to contain adult, illegal, gambling or hateful content are blocked. An AI chat assistant is available to answer questions and connect you with our team.
To keep the Tool fast and free for everyone, usage is limited to 3 audits per hour and 5 audits per day per user, per email address and per audited website, a reasonable number of chat messages per hour, and a reasonable number of Live Site Check previews per hour. We may adjust these limits, or suspend access for abuse, at any time. If you need deeper or more frequent analysis, you can book a free strategy call with our team.
You agree to only audit websites you own, manage, or are authorized to review (competitor overviews are generated by the Tool from public data), only use Live Site Check to preview publicly accessible pages and not to bypass access controls, view content you are not authorized to access, relay unlawful traffic, or attempt to view adult, illegal, gambling or hateful sites (which are automatically detected and blocked), provide accurate contact details, and not attempt to overload, scrape, reverse engineer, resell or disrupt the Tool, bypass its usage limits, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Audit scores, checks, competitor lists, AI analysis and chat responses are generated automatically from publicly available data and automated heuristics. They are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, financial or marketing advice. Search engines change constantly; we do not guarantee that the report is complete, current or error-free, or that following it will produce any particular ranking or business result. Always verify important findings before acting on them.
Live Site Check displays a copy of a third-party website fetched by our server and rewritten so it can be shown in a preview frame. It bypasses your own browser cache and DNS, but it cannot control caching at the target site or its CDN, and very heavy, interactive or protected websites may not render exactly as they do when visited directly. It is a preview aid, not a guarantee of how every visitor sees the site.
The Tool references Google, Google Business Profile, Google Maps and Google PageSpeed as the platforms it analyzes. Solutionever is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The Tool, its design, code and content are the property of Solutionever Technologies. Your audit report is yours to keep, share and use for your business. You may not copy or republish the Tool itself.
The Tool is provided "as is" and "as available", free of charge. We may modify, suspend or discontinue it, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solutionever will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Tool or its reports. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Tool is to stop using it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use of the Tool after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
