This Privacy Policy describes how Solutionever Technologies ("Solutionever", "we", "us") collects and uses information when you use the Free Local SEO Audit Tool and related tools such as the Live Site Check preview at audit.solutionever.com (the "Tool"), including its AI chat assistant. By using the Tool you agree to this policy.
Audit form data. When you run an audit we collect the details you enter: business name, website address, location, business category, your name, your email address and, optionally, your Google Business Profile link.
Chat assistant data. If you use our AI assistant ("Max"), we process the messages you send. If you share contact details in the chat (such as your name, business name, website, email or WhatsApp number), we store them so our team can follow up as requested.
Automatically collected data. We record your IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention, and we use browser storage (localStorage) to remember your chat conversation for up to 2 hours and to remember that you have seen the chat welcome message. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
Live Site Check. When you use the Live Site Check preview, we take the website address (and, if you use the advanced option, the server IP) you enter and fetch that page fresh from our server so you can view it in your browser. We use the address and your IP only to load the preview and to enforce fair-usage limits. To keep the tool safe, the fetched page is automatically screened by Google Gemini AI and previews of sites that appear to contain adult, illegal, gambling or hateful content are blocked; we keep only a short-lived safe/blocked verdict for the domain, not a copy of the page. We do not store copies of the pages you preview, and we do not keep the addresses you check beyond short-lived rate-limiting records.
We use the information you provide to generate your audit report and show it to you on screen, email you a PDF copy of your report, notify our team about your audit or chat inquiry so we can follow up, respond to problems you report through the chat assistant, and enforce the Tool's fair usage limits.
We may contact you at the email address (or WhatsApp number, if you shared one) you provided, about your report or about how our services can help your business. Every such contact will include a simple way to opt out.
To generate your report and power the chat assistant, parts of your data are processed by trusted third-party services: Google PageSpeed Insights (to measure your website speed), Google Gemini AI (to write the plain-English analysis of your audit data, to power the chat assistant, and to screen Live Site Check previews for unsafe content), and our email delivery infrastructure (to send your report). Publicly available information about your website, your online listings and your competitors is gathered from the open web as part of the audit. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Audit leads and reports are stored in our secure database so our team can assist you; you may request deletion at any time. Chat conversation memory used by the assistant expires automatically about 2 hours after your last message. Rate-limiting records are kept for a maximum of 24 hours. Your browser's copy of the chat conversation clears itself after 2 hours.
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at hello@solutionever.com and we will act on your request promptly.
The Tool is served over HTTPS, admin access to stored data is password protected, and data is kept on secured hosting infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information with reasonable safeguards.
The Tool is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the Tool after changes means you accept the updated policy.
